Appointment times
The clinic is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday with an evening session on Tuesday 4-8pm for those patients who have commitments during the day. The evening session tends to fill up quickly so please let us know if you require this session.
We will try and find mutually convenient times to suit you, so please give us a call to arrange your appointment. If we are treating patients when you call, please leave a message on the answer phone and we will contact you as soon as possible.

Initial assessment £45 (45 mins)
Follow on Session £35 (30 mins)

Methods of payment All payments are due at the end of each treatment session. We can accept cash or cheques made payable to Bentham Physiotherapy Clinic Ltd. If you require a receipt please let us know. Remote payments are also encouraged using a BACS transfer, bank details will be sent to you on booking your appointment. If you are using your health insurance policy to pay for treatment, please contact your health insurance company before your first attendance, it is your responsibility to ensure that your physiotherapy will be covered and that you have all the relevant paperwork. This will normally be in the form of your membership number and sometimes an authorisation number. In the event of non-payment of part or all of your treatment expenses you will be liable for the balance. Marie Colyer is recognised as a provider by most insurance companies including AXA, AVIVA, and Nuffield. If you require a receipt to claim back treatment expenses just let us know. Please note that failure to attend an appointment without 24 hours notice of cancellation, may result in a charge for your physiotherapists time. |
